Jenny’s strengths as an effective leader come from years of experience in retail operations management, including retailers in Portland, OR and Seattle, WA. Before Jenny ventured into the non-profit world, Jenny served as the Store Team Leader for Target where she oversaw a team of over 100 employees and 19 million in sales. She made the transition from private sector to non-profit after falling in love with the Wenatchee Valley. Before GWATA, Jenny was the Operations and Marketing Manager for Pybus Public Market in Wenatchee. Jenny received her Bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Washington State University. Jenny met her husband at his family restaurant, which they now own together. She is scary passionate about traveling, pad thai… and cats.

After graduating from Western Washington University with a journalism degree, Becca moved back to Wenatchee and got involved with the tech and business scene. She brings a unique set of skills and experience to the team that is driven by her passion for creative marketing and visual media. Born and raised in Wenatchee, Becca has enjoyed seeing the Valley grow and evolve over the years. You can catch her attempting to be good at trivia at a local bar or binging too much Netflix with her dog at home.

Ron’s greatest accomplishments are his family and his marriage. Ron has been married to Taunya for over 25 years and they have three children currently attending college.
